We reviewed the data from yesterday's "Hand Activity" to demonstrate marginal cost/marginal benefit.

2) Opportunity Costs & Trade-Offs
Reviewed "Practice with PPFs" from yesterday
Completed "Activity Costs: Scarcity, Opportunity Cost and Production Possibility Curves."

3) Graphing
We began in class the Problems for Unit 1 Appendix. This is basic graphing exercise and review to recognize the extent of graphing and the pitfalls of graphing in Economics.

1) Do You Think Like an Economist?
Students are introduced to the idea of Incentives to produce the desired outcome by watching the introduction to "Freakonomics: the Movie"


2) Ten Principles of Economics
The idea of Opportunity Costs were demonstrated by the "Economics Made Memorable" (2 Parts)



3) Opportunity Costs & Trade Offs
Students were introduced to the Production Possibilities Curves by using the example of School v. Leisure time in the afternoon.
